The Re-Arranger  (DOG-CLEAN-UP)   — The gentleman in his digger is known as the dog cleaner…. he doesn’t wash Dogs.. basically if there is a gang of troublesome young dogs… he is there to sweep them away, and regain order!  he plays loud French hip-hop on his iPod to psych him up and hit them hounds hard.
