The Re-Arranger  (DOG-CLEAN-UP)   &#8212; The gentleman in his digger is known as the dog cleaner&#8230;. he doesn&#8217;t wash Dogs.. basically if there is a gang of troublesome young dogs&#8230; he is there to sweep them away, and regain order!  he plays loud French hip-hop on his iPod to psych him up and hit them hounds hard.
